Presidio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was founded in March of 2006 by Omar K. Haffar, Ph.D. (President & CEO), Antoun Nabhan, J.D. (Vice President of Operations and Investor Relations), and David Jobes, Ph.D. (Vice President of Business Development) with an initial investment from Sagamore BioVentures Fund Management. Mr. Nabhan is a former Principal at Sagamore.

Presidio is focused on developing novel and established therapeutic modalities and small molecule compounds for the treatment of HIV-1, HCV and other chronic virus infections.
